HOW TO BID? Bidding can be done online using at YatesAuction.com.
Log in to YatesAuction.com choose our sale to view and bid on all vehicles that are available.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I WON THE BID? You will be sent an email when the auction ends notifying you of your winning bids.
You can also login to YatesAuction.com to see which cars you won. You can even print out an invoice from the site, see which cars you need to pick up etc.
HOW DO I PAY? Cash or Credit Card (for auctions less than $5000) payments will be taken if you pay in person. Otherwise you can pay with a debit/credit card online.
HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY CAR? As soon as the auction is over and you have paid for your vehicles.
VEHICLES MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 3 DAYS AFTER AUCTION ENDS OR IF SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEBN MADE.
VEHICLES LEFT IN THE LOT AFTER THIS TIME ARE SUBJECT TO A $75 DAILY STORAGE FEE.
IF YOUR VEHICLES ARE NOT PAID, YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE MAY BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE AUCTION.
This is an "AS IS Auction", we do everything in our power to list the cars condition accurately and highlight the major flaws in advance on the site.
The Rules
1. You must be registered at YatesAuction.com to bid wither on the app or in person.
2. You must be at least 18 years old to enter the auction lot.
3. No backpacks, coolers, etc.
4. You cannot enter any vehicle. If you do, you will be removed and banned from future auctions.
5. If anyone is caught stealing, you will be removed and banned from future auctions.
6. No side deals for parts will be allowed on our property.
7. There is no bidder parking on our property.
8. Payment for vehicles is by cash OR credit card only.
9. Working on vehicles you have purchased will not be allowed because of insurance constraints.
10. Don't dump trash/garbage/parts out of the vehicles you have purchased in our yard. If caught, you will be removed and banned from future auctions.
11. Vehicles are sold as is, with no warranty.
12. Purchased vehicles must be removed from the yard by 3:00 pm the day after the auction or they will be subject to storage fees.
13. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a bid from anyone who, in our judgement, is or has been disruptive to efficient and orderly business operations whether at the auction or any of our offices. If we refuse to accept a bid from you, you may not be on the lot during the auction or after.
14. No smoking.
